Danielle Thayer

I am passionate about people and helping them become all they are created to be. I believe in healthy relationships and how they can impact our identity. I engage my clients with honor, respect, openness, and curiosity. My hope is to create an atmosphere to grow and empower you in creating healthy goals where you can learn more about yourself. My desire is that every client moves toward a greater understanding of their preferred self, while experiencing more hope to create healthy goals and relationships.

I believe therapy provides an opportunity to deeply explore oneself and our relationship with others. I understand that life can be challenging, and sometimes we need support to navigate through difficult times. I have 20 years of experience as an elementary school teacher. Working with children, adolescents, and families is my passion. I have excellent connections with children, teens and adults. Exploring and understanding the sense of self while growing in personal identity is a powerful experience we can engage in together.

I offer both in person and Telehealth sessions. I am client centered. My therapy approach is Narrative, Emotionally Focused, Solution-Focused, and Systemic Relational.  I believe in high ethical standards and specialize in
