Tania Beaudet

I guide the people I work with as they explore their life stories, this is a calling and a passion that defines my purpose. I am dedicated to offering therapy that is inclusive and empathetic, especially taking care of the needs of queer and BIPOC communities. Welcoming people of all kinds of backgrounds, I want to create a safer place where we can talk about challenges, build strength and find where healing can happen.

When I have free time, I like to do things with family and community whether that’s cook, dance, roller skate, paddle board, or just relax by the window and enjoy the present moment.

My therapeutic approach combines elements of narrative therapy, solution-focused therapy, the Gottman method, emotionally focused therapy, and mindfulness. I do this through a lens of cultural humility and affirmation, recognizing the diverse identities and experiences that shape us all. I work with issues of trauma, depression, anxiety, relationships, grief and loss. I see individuals, couples and families.
