About
Bailey Adams
I am an artist, a poet, a HUGE DnD nerd, and I love to kayak, hike, rock-climb, slackline, and play pickleball! I believe every human being is creative, and I highly value the ability to deconstruct and reconstruct the culture, beliefs, ideals, and identity that truly resonates with someone. Everybody has a story, and My goal as a therapist is to remind and preserve your place as the protagonist in your life and story as well as assist in shaping a story that serves you- one that acknowledges your resilience, acceptance of yourself, your strengths, and confidence in advocating for yourself.
I will create an environment where clients can come in and feel truly received. I want my office to be a place where we can sit and feel safe, understood, seen, and heard while being authentically ourselves. I can’t wait to hear about the journey you are on and discuss where you want to go. I have a passion for honoring neurodiversity as well as supporting the LGBTQIA+ community. My office is a safe space for any and all individuals seeking therapy.
I want to acknowledge the privilege and honor I have in being able to hear the stories my clients will bring, as well as witness the healing and transformation that is to come. I look forward to potentially working alongside you through this process. I love incorporating art in therapy, however, I fully respect that not everyone wants that or is comfortable with that. I will do my best to work with you in ways that uplift and empower you!
I graduated with a bachelor’s in psychology from Barrett, the Honors College at Arizona State University in Tempe, Arizona. I spent several years working with children and their families at a non-profit art organization that provided art supplies and art classes to underprivileged communities. Art has always been a major element of my work, life, and passion.

I believe that our identities are art. They are so beautiful and unique; sometimes they are messy, other times they are tidy. Some parts may be old, some parts may feel newer. Some elements we are trying to embody or develop while others seem to stick around no matter what. There are so many elements that make up who we are, and sometimes it can be a lot to hold all on our own.Therapy Approach: Narrative, Solution-Focused, Person-centered. I am available for In-person and Telehealth I am currently a Clinical Intern in the Master of Arts in Couples and Family Therapy (MACFT) at Seattle University.
