About
Patricia Sweeney (Trish)
I have called Washington home since early childhood, and I love the Pacific Northwest for its endless trees, mountains, and natural beauty. Whether I’m hiking, paddleboarding, or simply enjoying time outside, I find peace and inspiration in the outdoors. I also have a home full of thriving houseplants, which bring me daily joy.
When I’m not studying or working with clients, you’ll often find me with a book in hand—I’m a passionate reader and always eager to learn. I also have a deep love for yoga, which has been both a personal practice and a grounding force in my own life. Quality time is at the heart of who I am, and I treasure time spent with my four children, as well as with friends and loved ones.
For me, becoming a therapist has felt like stepping into a pond that’s just the right temperature—like settling into my own skin. I believe meaningful connection is at the center of healing, and I feel honored to share in that journey with others. My life experience has helped me connect easily with children and teens, as well as with first responders and those navigating grief, and I am drawn to offering support in these areas.
Deep, authentic relationships are woven into the tapestry of my life. I am grateful for the opportunity to bring that same spirit of connection into the therapy room, creating space where clients can feel seen, heard, and supported as they move through their own unique journeys.
